RESERVATION TERMS & CONDITIONS
We in HansaTravel help you to choose the right tour or accommodation or any other service according to your needs and wishes and send you the price offer.
Bookings can be made when you have accepted our price offer. When booking you must pay a deposit 100.- EUR or full payment if the booking is within 6 weeks of departure. If the tour or holiday you have requested is available, we will accept your booking by issuing a confirmation invoice, at which stage the contract between us becomes binding.
By making your booking and paying a deposit/full payment you are confirming that you and other people in your party have read and accepted our booking conditions and the information applicable to your holiday contained in your travel description.

Should you wish to change your holiday arrangements in any way we will do our best to meet your wishes. If this booking is changed, you will be charged a change fee of 20 EUR. Any change of date or destination you make within 6 weeks of departure will be treated as a cancellation and we will make a cancellation charge as set out above. Where the price of your holiday depends on the number of people booked into the accommodation and someone in your party cancels, the price will be recalculated on the basis of the new number of people going, and we will send you a new Confirmation & Invoice.
HansaTravel provides you a pre-paid voucher. All services are specified on the voucher and any extras must be paid directly to a supplier (for example hotel mini-bar)
You can book flights from internet or at your travel agent.
Insurance, passport, visas
We strongly recommend that you take out full, comprehensive travel insurance. You must also ensure that you have the correct passport and visas to gain access to or to pass through any country or region included in the travel arrangements which you purchase. If you fail to do either, we have no liability to you for any cost, loss or damage which you suffer as a result and nor will we refund the cost of any unused portion of your travel arrangements.
