A Weekend in Lithuania (4 days)
Vilna - Palanga - Klaipeda - Kaunas - Vilna - Druskininkai - Trakai - Vilna

Day 1   Vilnius – Kaunas
Arrival in Vilnius and meet your tour guide at the airport.
Departure by coach to Kaunas, the second largest city in Lithuania. City tour includes the 13th century Kaunas castle, Town Hall of Kaunas, the 14th century Church of Vytautas, Cathedral-Basilica and the Museum of Devils. Accommodation and dinner in Kaunas.

Day 2   Kaunas – Neringa – Klaipeda
Morning departure for Klaipeda (220 km). We continue by ferry (20 min.) to the Curonian Peninsula – Neringa – where we can see and visit Witches Hill in Juodkrante, fragrant pine forests, a fascinating beach coastline and pure “singing” sand dunes in Nida. Nida is a peaceful and pretty village situated at the end of the Curonian Spit, with the Baltic Sea on one side and a lagoon on the other. Lunch in Nida.

Day 3   Klaipeda – Trakai – Vilnius
After breakfast and check out we go to the fairytale 14th century Trakai island castle, former capital of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania. Trakai lies on a peninsula about 26 km to Vilnius, set between three picturesque lakes.
Afternoon bus and walking tour in Vilnius. It is one of the largest Baroque cities north of the Alps, being the Baltic variation of the combination of Parisian spirit and Roman architecture. During our tour we can see the symbols of the town – the Gediminas tower; the white Cathedral; the Gothic pearl, the St. Ann Church; a Baroque treasure – the Church of St. Peter and St. Paul with its two thousand sculpture pieces; the University quarter; the Madonna of Gates of Dawn and a lot of other interesting sights.

Day 4   Vilnius
Morning free for leisure.
Transfer hotel – airport. Afternoon departure flight.
